R/T has just opened a new 3000 sq. ft. showroom and training center. Distributors have an open invitation to drop in and visit. More importantly we now have a local venue for wholesalers to bring their customers to for hands-on training, service and trouble shooting. Our goal is to work closely with individual tradesmen and associations, as well as distibutors, and other secondary market contacts to get them familiar with product benefits, and enhance their comfort level with our brands.
We have contracted with Herbert Harvey Jr., ( "Harvey") to conduct the "hands-on" troubleshooting training for the trade. Harvey has been a Bradford White® Authorized Service Agent for over 20 years along with being a plumbing instructor at local trade schools. We are very excited to be able to have Harvey available as an instructor.
