“Designing for the Senior Surge” was a past artilce in the Wall Street Journal that featured products geared towards the aging consumer.  Delta’s new Pilar™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology, which debuted at the KBIS 2008 show, is spotlighted in a section featuring products which assist users with ailing motor skills.  The article also appeared in the Wall Street Journal Online (see link below).

Pilar™ allows the user to start and stop the flow of water with just a tap anywhere on the spout handle.  This provides a clean and efficient way to accomplish tasks in the kitchen.
