 - Rich-Tomkins Company has grown to seventeen strong, with two agency principals, five outside representatives, five inside representatives, and five retail service representatives dedicated to providing our plumbing and heating products market with the best possible service and sales expertise.
The agency has maintained a sales force headed by principals with experience levels ranging 18 to 25 years, and an outside sales force with experience levels ranging from 8 to 20 years of service. The most senior members of our inside staff have accumulated 8 to 10 years of support to our customers and manufacturers. The newest members of our internal support staff have now acquired between 1 and 3 years of experience.
Although some of the faces have changed over the years our mission remains the same, to satisfy the daily demands of our customers and manufacturers through effective support. We are proud to be in our 40th year of service to Bradford-White Corporation and our 23rd year of service to Delta Faucet Company and are excited to bring you many new innovative products that are planned for the future.
